Dr. Doron Almagor MD FRCPC
Dr. Doron Almagor completed his specialty training in Psychiatry at the University of Toronto. He has been the Medical Director of The ADHD Clinic since 2010, specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of ADHD. He continues to serve as a psychiatrist at the Toronto Western Hospital’s Tourette’s Syndrome Clinic and is Consulting Staff at the Centre for Addictions and Mental Health (CAMH). He is the Past President of the Ontario Psychiatric Association (OPA), has served as the Chair of the Psychotherapy section of the OPA, and currently serves on the executive of the OMA Psychiatry Section, and is a board member of CADDRA (The Canadian Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder Resource Alliance). Dr. Almagor was trained as a psychoanalyst and is a member of the International Psychoanalytic Association. He is the Scientific Program Chair for the Advanced Training Program in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy of the Toronto Psychoanalytic Society. Dr. Almagor has lectured and taught a variety of courses in the areas of ADHD and its comorbid disorders such as anxiety and behavioural issues. His current research interests and specialization include psychopharmacology and psychotherapy of ADHD, comorbid disorders, and autism.
Dr. M. Lee Freedman MD FRCPC

Dr. M. Lee Freedman is a Toronto-based psychiatrist with over 30 years of clinical experience with children, adolescents, adults and families. Dr. Freedman integrates mindfulness training into individual, family and group therapy; she also teaches mindfulness workshops to parents, teachers and healthcare professionals. She is currently a member of the Factor-Inwentash Faculty of Social Work at the University of Toronto in the AMM (Applied Mindfulness Meditation) program and also at the Centre for Mindfulness Studies in Toronto.
Dr. Llewellyn Joseph MD FRCPC

Dr. Llwelleyn Joseph is a child and Adolescent psychiatrist. Dr. Joseph trained at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Bronx, N.Y., and did his post-graduate training at Yale University. Dr. Joseph has served in several senior clinical and administrative positions within hospitals across Ontario, including Psychiatrist-in-Chief and Clinical Director at London Psychiatric Hospital. He was Consultant Psychiatrist for the Toronto Board of Education and an Associate Staff Psychiatrist at the Hospital for Sick Children. At the present time, he is Consultant Psychiatrist at Southlake Regional Health Centre. Dr. Joseph’s academic positions have included Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Western Ontario, Associate Professor (Adj) in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Toronto and Adjunct Faculty, Department International Health at Dalhousie University. Dr. Joseph’s current clinical interests are in the area of Attention Defcit Hyperactivity Disorder and Oppositional Defiant Disorder.
Dr. Jane Thurley MD FRCPC
Dr Thurly is a psychiatrist whose areas of clinical interest include working with children and families. Dr. Thurly provides comprehensive assessments and comprehensive clinical assessments in the areas of ADHD, child and family issues, anxiety, and mood disorders.
Dr. Noah Lazar Ph. D. C.Psych.
Dr. Lazar is a Clinical Psychologist who completed his Ph.D. at the University Of Western Ontario, where his clinical training focussed on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in a number of inpatient and outpatient facilities and clinics. He completed his clinical training in the mood disorders and severe mental illness (including schizophrenia) programs at St. Joseph's Healthcare in Hamilton. His clinical areas of interest include assessment and psychotherapy in the areas of ADHD, anxiety, and depression. He currently teaches CBT courses at the University of Toronto. Dr. Lazar is a board member of the Ontario Psychological Association. Dr. Lazar offers a wide range of services including assessment and CBT for a range of difficulties including ADHD, mood and anxiety disorders (e.g. Social Phobia, Specific Phobias, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder), chronic pain, relationship issues, as well as other interpersonal and stress-realted difficulties.
Dr. Gregory Knoll Ph. D.
Dr. Knoll completed his Ph. D. at York University where his areas of interest included clinical developmental psychology. Dr. Knoll provides clinical and psychological services to children, adolescents, and their families, including comprehensive psychoeducational assessments in the areas of ADHD and learning disabilities. He also provides individual counseling services for children, adolescents, and their families in the areas of ADHD, anxiety, and mood disorders.
Jennifer Brown MA
Ms. Brown has worked as a Psychotherpaist, providing psychiatric assessment and treatment of patients utilizing Cognitive Behavioral and Psychodynamic modalities, both in hospital and private practice settings. She also has expertise in anger management counselling both in individual and family therapy settings. Her current areas of interest include ADHD, depression, anxiety, interpersonal and adjustment difficulties. She is also an experienced psychometrist in the administration of both adult and pediatric psycho-educational batteries.
Rubaba Ansari MA
Ms. Ansari has worked in several senior administrative positions including the coordination of large scale research protocals and academic projects, both in tertiary care and research settings. She has published extensively with Dr. Atilla Turgay in the area of ADHD and comorbidities. Her current areas of clinical interest include ADHD and comorbid disorders such as Learning Disabilities and Anxiety. Ms. Ansari is an experienced psychometrist and has worked in the areas of Epilepsy and Sickle Cell Disease at the Hospital For Sick Children for several years.
