A 4-week Therapy Program

with Dr. M. Lee Freedman

This 4-week course is an introduction to the principles and practices of mindful parenting with an emphasis on the unique challenges of raising a child or teen with attention regulation challenges. The course will explore ways for parents to manage the stress associated with raising a child with ADHD, to practice attention and emotion regulation skills in order to help their children learn to self-regulate, and to be present with themselves and their children in both joyful and difficult times.
